“This is my story of finding inspiration and wholeness through the trauma of breast cancer, sepsis, and a blood clot.

Cancer didn’t almost kill me … sepsis did.”

October is Breast Cancer Awareness month. It’s a time not only to learn the facts about breast cancer, but to also be reminded to focus on keeping ourselves well. In our hustle-bustle culture of productivity and people-pleasing, it is easy to lose touch with our own self-care. This October, let’s focus on taking care of ourselves, advocating for our own health and wellness, and doing those things that rejuvenate us. As a matter of fact, let’s make it a year-round habit. That is why I created this website, to support women on their journey of healing, recovery and wellbeing. As a breast cancer survivor, I want to share my own experiences because together we learn, find strength, and that know we are not alone.
